Birthday present for Tim! (A bit of a sore memory for those poor Rangers…) Windsor & Newton watercolors with a touch of Copic markers and Prismacolor pencils.
My Texan friend Tim and I drove down to good ol’ St. Louie for Game 2 of the 2011 World Series. My very generous mother bought us tickets. Tim was basically the Lone Ranger in Cardinals Nation. Go Cards!
St. Louis Adventure!
Steven, Stephen, and Suzanne came down from Chicago to visit me in St. Louis. We hit up some of my favorite attractions the Lou: Citygarden, the Art Museum, the Science Center, and the Delmar Loop. All of which are free because St. Louis is the best. The only money we spent was lunch at Fitz’s, another city icon. (Best. Root beer. Ever.)
Drawings soon, I promise! I’m having surgery this Friday, and have a big Orgo test to study for on Monday. I’m a bit worried about being completely drugged up with pain-meds during an exam. Though my prof joked that the reactions might make more sense when I’m on narcotics.
