Pics from my ACL reconstruction surgery on July 22nd. It went really well. I have some amazing friends that took care of me post-op while my mom was out of town.

The first two weeks of rehab sucked. But things are going well. My physical therapists were aggressive and not at all opposed to torturing me, which I greatly appreciated. Sometimes you get these therapists that are scared to hurt their patients and rehab moves along at a snails pace.

Second semester of summer school orgo wasn’t so hot. Missed too much class due to my surgery and couldn’t catch up. Oh wellz.

Now I’m back at school and hope to start arting soon. :)

St. Louis Adventure!

Steven, Stephen, and Suzanne came down from Chicago to visit me in St. Louis. We hit up some of my favorite attractions the Lou: Citygarden, the Art Museum, the Science Center, and the Delmar Loop. All of which are free because St. Louis is the best. The only money we spent was lunch at Fitz’s, another city icon. (Best. Root beer. Ever.)

Drawings soon, I promise! I’m having surgery this Friday, and have a big Orgo test to study for on Monday. I’m a bit worried about being completely drugged up with pain-meds during an exam. Though my prof joked that the reactions might make more sense when I’m on narcotics.
